Pork Scallopini  
Medallions of Pork Loin, marinated in a special blend   $10.             
of oil and herbs.  Andre adds his great rosemary demi-glace sauce.  
Served with Seasoned Rice and Fresh Vegetables.

Garlic Chicken  
Boneless  Breast of Chicken, grilled and topped with   $10.              
baked garlic cloves and sliced tomato.  Served with Seasoned Rice
and Fresh Vegetables.   A long-time favorite!     

Salmon Fillet  
Pacific Salmon Fillet, seasoned in a fresh lemon grass marinade,  $17.       
and grilled.  Andre’ tops it with a fresh Tomato and Caper Sauce

Scampi Provencale  
Large Shrimp, seasoned in a special marinade of    $15.

Did you know? . . .   all of the entree sauces served here are still made in the
"classic French method".  Andre produces his richly-seasoned reduction base
throughout the year.  He then adds selected seasonings to make unique
